What are the terms under which the hotel's services are provided?
Our rates include various services and treatments, which are indicated at the time of booking according to your choice.
Buffet Breakfast: is served in the Parioli Terrace facing the sea from 07:30 to 09:30 in the morning.
The car parking: is available free of charge for Guests staying at least 2 nights (subject to availability and within the limit of 1 car per booking), not before 12:00 on the day of arrival and until 10:00 on the day of departure.
The Beach Pass: is available with 1 sun umbrella and 2 sun beds per room from 12:00 a.m. on the day of arrival until the night before the day of departure; at check out date the Beach Pass is available with an extra fee of Euro 15,00 and upon availability.
Also available: WI-FI internet connection throughout the hotel and the use of bicycles (upon request, subject to availability and free of charge for a maximum of 4 hours with return by 8:00 p.m.: more information is available at the hotel).
Only if full board is requested, lunch and dinner are included, while if half board is requested, dinner with vegetable and dessert buffet is included. Drinks consumed in the restaurant are never included.

Do you accept credit or debit cards?
Yes, it is possible to pay by Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and by cash card.

By way of confirmation, what kind of deposit do you ask for?
If the booking is made on-line through our website, your credit card number and expiry date will be requested: payment and guarantee policies then vary depending on the rate that will be booked and are clearly indicated on the confirmation.
In case of missing or invalid data errors we will not consider the booking valid. All your data is handled by a highly secured server that encrypts the numerical values of the card.
It is also possible to confirm your reservation against payment of a deposit to be agreed with the Reservations Department by telephone.

Will you send me a confirmation e-mail?
If the reservation is made on-line from our website, you will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail with a summary of your stay.
If the booking is confirmed by sending a bank transfer, we will only send you a confirmation e-mail after the deposit has actually been received.

What are your cancellation policies?
Cancellation policies vary according to the rate chosen online and are clearly stated at the time of booking: they may cover the entire amount of the stay or just the first night, or depending on promotions they may even be totally free.

What happens in case of early departure, cancellation or changes after the deadline?
Penalties in the event of cancellation after the deadline vary according to the rate chosen online and are clearly indicated at the time of booking.
In the event of a no-show, the total amount of the booked stay is charged.
In the event of early departure and/or other changes/cancellations during your stay, the arrangements made directly with the Hotel Reception apply.

What time will the room be ready?
On the day of your arrival your room will be available from 14.00.
Parking space is available, for guests staying at least 2 nights, without reservation and subject to availability, from 12 noon on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
In case you arrive early in the morning, we will register the guests and, no earlier than 10:30am, hand over our pass for access to the hotel beach. It is better to wait for your room to be handed over comfortably under a beach umbrella and relax from the stress of travelling, rather than wait hours in the waiting room. That way the holiday really starts right away and in the right way.

Until what time can I keep the room on the day of departure?
After breakfast you can vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. At the same time, the car park and beach area must also be vacated. 
After this time, please make arrangements with the lifeguard to stay a few more hours and use the whole day at the beach. He can either give you a new beach umbrella or leave you there on our spot if there is enough availability.
